Return & Refund Policy – IQ Homes

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once the purchase is completed.

We only accept exchanges in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by IQ Homes.

• Damages caused by misuse, dropping, physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modification are not covered.
